The buying experience was great and the salesman was awesome (Jai Walker) so much so that my parents came back a week after me and bought the same car, but, I do think the service department needs a little fine-tuning 1 - when I bought the car we scheduled my first service appointment and since I work during the week, it was of course scheduled on a weekday. About a month before the service, I called to confirm my appointment and no one could find it scheduled anywhere. It took me two more phone calls (after the first two people took all my information for someone to call me back, which they never did) to finally get a service appointment scheduled. 2 - when I dropped the car off, I told them that I was having difficulty with my Bluetooth and even told them that I had tried adjusting the volume both up and down and that did nothing to help the problem. They said they would look at it. When the tech called to say my car was done, I asked what was wrong with the Bluetooth and he said that they turned the volume up and it seem to work just fine even though I told them before that I had already tried that!!! At this point the service had already taken longer than I had planned (understandably because I had asked them to look at the Bluetooth) so if I wanted to them to troubleshoot more it would be longer. I couldn't stay so now I have to take it back AGAIN because just turning up the volume didn't work (like I said it didn't in the beginning) I still am at the point that I would recommend to someone else, I just hope the service aspect was just a one time glitch and not an all-the-time thing. more
