Alphonso was prompt and worked diligently to clean the ducts in our home. He performed an initial walk-through and explained the work he would be doing. He covered his shoes and placed drop cloths in the areas where he worked. He showed me photos he took, as well as an array of interesting objects he removed. Alphonso was very friendly and polite!
