Things started ok when we came in for a oil change. They did a 21 point inspections and found a few things that needed to be fixed. So we ok'ed the service and needed to get to an appt. it took them a long time to find us a rental car and then when we got back our car was not ready. We had to wait for them to take their lunch break before they finished our car. So we had to wait with our 4 year old in the lobby with no car to go get lunch while they where eating. It was very upsetting to have to sit there and wait with a hungry child. So a quick 30-45 minute oil change turned into 4 hours.
