I was attracted to the fact that Schmidt Mechanical Group offered 60 month financing because three air conditioning units was going to be a lot for one shot. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and I appreciate the time he took to explain what would be the best system for my large house. They were quick to fix most of my problems. The only concern I have is they installed equipment in my garage and after that I couldn't open my garage doors except for the main one. I told them about it and they said they would send someone out to look at it but that hasn't happened yet. Otherwise, they were very cheerful and I liked that they were very good about protecting my house and being clean.
