Excellent Job! With all the fly by night operators out there today it is real pleasure dealing with true professionals that care. Our technician Hector was very prompt and courteous. Hector answered all my questions and explained the repairs in detail. Hector did an outstanding job stretching and cleaning our carpet. Our carpet is eight years old had wrinkles and a traffic pattern it is now tight, clean and looks like new again. We would definitely recommend PCR to anyone needing any of the services they offer. PCR will be our first choice for all future flooring repairs and cleaning needs.
