Charlotte was extremely helpful from quote to appointment (and even rescheduling). She is kind, professional and dedicated. Emma has been to our house 3 times now, and each time we are more and more impressed with her work. We have 1 child and 3 dogs, so our house needs a helping hand every few weeks! She lets us know when things need our attention and she puts the extra special magical touch on the things that need her attention.
