My husband and I are both members of I Love kickboxing - Eastchester. It has been a great experience working out together. We motivate each other and just love that we can aim for our fitness goals together. The staff are great. Each instructor brings something different and you get a great workout. You get in - you are put through a rapid pace and you leave feeling sweaty and exhilarated. In no time you see your body transform from losing weight to getting lean and toned. They offer classes seven days a week and at times that can accommodate everyone's schedule. Give it a try - you wont be disappointed. It is an awesome workout.
