Not sure what has happened with Ruby River. My family has been there many times but when we stopped in Sunday the 23rd we where in for a surprise. I understand that Sunday may not be a busy day and as a result the restaurant may not be at full staff. But when customers walk in the front door, they don't expect to wait for 10 minutes. When busy this is understandable. But when we walked in we could see three employees standing at a table talking, 2 more employees off to our right standing around joking, and one person that seemed to be wiping down a table. To my surprise the person that was wiping down the table (the only one that seemed to be working) was also the hostess. To continue the night our appetizer was poor and cold. Not to mention Calamari should not be served with ketchup. When we informed our waiter (Blake) about the cold food he just turned and walked away. Our main dish came out cool, and the food was under cooked. Also found hair in our sons dinner. After 3 different complaints the manager didn't even take the time to talk with us. Short story long, we will never eat there again.
