The response to a recent service call was great and worthy of the highest approval rating. My earlier experience with the original installation left a lot to be desired. There were problems with broken roof tiles, more than six months of installation time and failure to send my $1000 deposit to SunPower. Regarding monitoring, I have had the system operational for more than twelve months. It bothers me that that there was a defective panel located by the service technicians but never picked-up in your monitoring. This suggests the need for improvement in monitoring. I lost the benefit of the full efficiency of my system for an extended period without any effort by Sunpro Solar to investigate. This resulted in the system performing well below the guaranteed production and the need for me to pay a significant end of year payment to SCE. My system is a lease and I paid in full when it was installed. I expected more support than what I got. Nevertheless, I remain optomistic that when the bad panel is replaced, I will be satisfied with the system performance into the future.
