I have never been to any doctor/dentist office that was so unorganized and inefficient. I been waiting fir them to send an appeal letter to my insurance company for over 4 months. I called my insurance company to find out why haven't they made a decision, as the policy is a decision would be made in 30 days. I was told they never received the appeal notice. I called the orthodontic office Ito inquire, what a mistake that was. I takes to several different people and each one had a different story: it wasn't sent, it was sent, we sent it to the wrong insurance company, we will resend . They are do unprofessional and such liars.
