I have been taking kickboxing here for about 5 months and have loved every minute of it. I wholeheartedly admit that I am not one who LOVES exercising. But these instructors make it fun. And while you are having fun...you are really working out! On average, I am burning 500 calories in one hour. Not too shabby! I usually attend classes with a friend who is very athletic and she also loves it. No matter what your fitness level, you can really benefit from these classes. i would highly recommend ""I Love Kickboxing""!!!
