Fred came to the house to give a free estimate of the work. Was very reasonble with his pricing. He knows his rugs and can clean all types from expensive Persians to wool throw area rugs. Explained the process of cleaning and he was able to schedule the job in 2 days. He was very clean and respectful of the house and furniture. Results were fabulous. I would highly recommend is company.
