Destroyed my life. No compasion. I was injured in a motor cycle accident. It was the oher underinsured motorists fault. The policy was maxed at $15,000. My hospital bill was more the a quarter million dollars. I was not insured. So it all fell on me. My lawer worked it out to were the county would pay the bill off. But the staff at umc. Put a lien on every cent due to me from insurance co. Leaving me no way to survive. I cant work. Im stuck in a wheel chair and left impotent. I need more surgeries. And physical therapy to properly recover. And I have no income. And I. Losing my place to live because I cant pay rent. One minute I was the owner operater of my own business. Rideing my new harley. Life was good. In the blink of an eye. I lost everything. From a accident I had no fault in. The county will pay there outragous bill. But they chose to put a lien on money I needed to survive. They expect. Out of the $15,000 awarded to me. That $1800.00 is suficiant for me. I used all my savings to pay medical equipment doctor visits etc. Im shocked they can be so heartless to another human being. They basically treated me. To keep me alive. Just to take away any chance of survival. Now my and my families life is reduced to standing in wellfair lines. For survival.
