I had a REALLY bad abscessed tooth and need a root canal. Dr. Jay Sheats performed an exam, then explained what he planned to, and I had my payment discussed BEFORE I went under anesthesia. He talked me through the procedure as he was performing it, I was told what to expect, and was given the right medication to addess my infection and manage the pain. Most importantly, I was given a number to call in the event that I had an issue and they called me the next day to see how I was doing, I TRULY apprceaiated the follow-up.
I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sheats to anyone that requires Endodontist care!!!
