I slept thru my first appointment that was supposed to be on the 15th. I called the service dept and the gentleman was very nice and understanding and rescheduled me for the following weekend. Everything was fully explained when I dropped my car off as far as what was going to be done. They went over their findings fully upon my return. It was ready on time.
