I made my second visit to The Computer People today;my first encounter was a repair estimated to be no more than $150.00 when I picked up my computer was charged over $300.00;researched parts on-line and compared to their charge over 300% mark-up.Today had internet connectivity problem "DNS" Server,automatically wanted to bill $70.00 diagnostics with 8-10 wait;plus $30.00 for 5-day wait;plus $50.00 for two day wait plus any other associated fees;more than likely time for labor@ $70.00/Hour.Came back home;googled "DNS" Server,watched tutorial,resolved in twenty minutes on my own.Is this good business practices? You decide.
