Sales found truck i wanted and test drive was informative and pleasant. Assistance with getting financing was not a long ordeal. Obtaining Missouri plates more dfficult than expected since i purchased vehicle in Illinois. No problem getting truck to pass inspection at local Elco Chevy. Overall the buying experience was better than expected. I plan to return and buy a Buick Encore
