They contacted me promptly and were very professional - they asked good questions in the phone assessment, we booked the appt and they arrived right on time, on a Saturday without an additional weekend fee. Work was done within a short amount of time - they also assessed the condition of the chimney and let me know it did not need any further repair - which was very honest and much appreciated. The Safeside team was great - I would highly recommend them.
