What a great shop. As a younger guy and inexperienced shooter I have been ignored and received terrible service at other shops and big box store gun counters. The staff at Nagels wants you to leave happy. They aren't just looking for a sale. They are truly there to serve you.\r

I had every staff member who walked by ask if I needed help, and multiple times despite making it clear I was not looking to buy a firearm the staff was willing to listen to my questions and let me handle different guns. Such a breath of fresh air not to be treated poorly because of lack of knowledge or not wanting to buy a gun at that moment. \r

I always said please and thank you and the staff was more than happy to cater to all my needs. Thanks so much for making it easier for a new shooter.
