We had a few administrative problems with Floor Coverings International Hunstville. They lacked coordination in calling me back about the project they were going to work on. We talked about it and they know my feelings about the issues we had. I understand that this company was recently bought by somebody else, since August, and they still have time for adjustment and learning.
Overall, the service from the installers and management was nice. The tile installation on my kitchen and bathroom was also well done.
