1. once they got towed my car, they quote me more(from $990 -> around $1500 include engine mount.(: * engine mount is really cheap)\r
2. they told me that ""I told you that we need to see the condition of transmission and there need to replace some electrical parts too"" and this was totally lie,\r
3. although, they didn't even replace my transmission speed sensor and solenoid part which had malfunction, and which causes the problem, so I still have transmission switching problem(jerking on 2nd and 3rd)\r
4. this means they didn't even diagnosis on my car BEFORE they make my car apart.\r
5. instead of that, they told me that ""your car transmission is already removed, so even though you selling this car as a junk to the junk yard, they will pay less on you.""(?!)\r
* my car worth less then $1,200 and i knew that, but they charge me more then car worth price, and they already remove the transmission part(which is important to get more money when you want to sell the car as a junk.) so, they set me up in trap. I couldn't even sell off as a junk, \r
6. and they told me that, ""we already working on your car so even if you want to sell this car as a junk, you need to pay $360 as a labor and ect.""\r
7. I had no way but to fix,(cuz they got my car) so I just set the deal for $1,500+ect.\r
8. real surprising part is they didn't even fix my car at their shop. instead, FAIRFAX AUTO SEVICE INC.(90232) took my car and fix the transmission.\r
(we can easily recognize that can involve commission: this cause raise of quote.)\r
9. and there was no agreement with that and they didn't even letting me know until the day I pick the car up. \r

* in my experience, when i bout my transmission rebuilt before(3years ago) it was cost about $980+ect.\r
* and even though i need to pay more money for fix my transmission solenoid, and speed sensor, at least i could consider whether to fix my car or not If they letting me know there is more part to replace for remove transmission problem. BUT they didn't\r
*of course they didn't. cuz of my car isn't there in their shop.\r
*now im facing on new problem to save this transmission from jerking problem. i need to pay more then $500 for replace solenoid, speed sensor, (which could easily save to 160$ for part when they doing job altogether, but they didn't even letting me know so i couldn't) \r
*Before i trying to pay from my credit card, I ask them that ""can i test drive my car before i pay"" and they rejected, and they told me that ""I will give you the key after you pay all off""\r
*so i paid $1,590 including tow and ect. and i recognize that my car jerk really hard. and this can't be acceptable as a driving condition.\r

If i knew total cost to fix my car is above $2,800 for drivable condition,(which will included knock sensor, solenoid, speed sensor) i rather sell my car off to junk yard to get $350. \r

without agreement, they could send your car to another shop. \r
they will charge more when your car got towed. and that will be totally bullshit,\r

and they will not do diagnose on your car. instead of that, they will apart your transmission first, for set you up. cuz they just want replace to rebuild'ed transmission.(for the statement, I didn't even know what they really rebuild transmission or replace it or do nothing.)\r
and they will tell you that they fixed your transmission, and that doesn't mean they fix all of your transmission problem. \r
cuz they didn't want to fix the problem of this car,\r
they just want your money.\r
transmission malfunction involve many problem but if you know then you could just don't fix it. and they afraid of it. so they will not let you know what problem causes.\r
if you meet the guys like this, you will overpay and problem remains, which you didn't even want.\r
