I feel it is my duty to share with the public my very costly and nightmare of an experience with Polestar Plumbing. I'm posting this b/c I wish someone would have warned me. My intentions are not to hurt anyone or their business. I've been a loyal customer with Polestar for many years and had several issues. This last one is inconceivable and they left me with a huge and costly mess. After six months of ""verbal"" promises to repair all the damages they caused, they have changed/ ""fabricated"" new stories with no intentions to follow up with their promises. That pretty much sums it up w/o the six months of details. If you do use Polestar, I highly recommend that you either record everything or get it in writing. Also, I highly recommend that you do your homework before allowing them to proceed with any repairs or purchases. Take before and after pictures. Watch them do the actual work and again, get it all in writing! \r
Sincerely, Karen Waite
