Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Service response time was a little slow, but sure it had to do with them being busy since it was a holiday. Some have said it's a little pricey, but it's worth it, to me. Actually turned out to be a few dollars less than what I was originally quoted, so I'm a happy camper. Would call them again if I'm in a plumbing bind. Highly recommend the Waterworks. You won't be disappointed!
