An automated system tried calling me on Friday to confirm my appointment and I missed the call. On Monday morning, I called into the office to find out what time they would be arriving and to see if they would be interested in also checking out my dryer. I was told I called in on Friday to cancel my appointment. I explained I did not call them I was called but missed the call due to being at work. She stated there was a note I had called in to reschedule for Wednesday. When I explain I had not called she argued me with me. \r
