The company submitted a competitive bid which was not the lowest. The Home Depot affiliation was the deciding factor. Alaskan fulfilled all commitments, with occasional prodding.. Excellent workmanship by the lead installer, Mike Ballard. The company liaison, Patrick Higgens, was most helpful and supportive. However, his recommendation of a particular handyman to enlarge a closet (to accommodate a new air handler) was a bomb. I am most dissatisfied that individual's finished product and his demeanor. This is not a reflection on Alaskan. The two newly installed units are currently functioning in a satisfactory fashion.
