It was only 5:30 PM when we got to the car rent lot. But there was only one car left and smelled so bad like smoke and carpet was dirty. We had not choice to take it. By the time we got to the hotel we all smelled like smoke (opened the car windows on the way didn't help at all). I was wondering if the employees at the rental place have had even cleaned the car prior to renting to us. We are not happy about the services. Should we rent cars from you again....?
