Faced with three flights to Grand Rapids, MI being canceled due to weather, I flew into O'Hare. Explaining my dilemma to the Enterprise staff, they not only gave me a car at the Grand Rapids price, but allowed me to return the car to Grand Rapids for my return flight to the East Coast. They didn't need to accommodate me in any way, so I truly appreciated their empathy for my dilemma and their follow-through during a very stressful trip form me.
