my entire basement flooded in cleveland ohio due to root growth from a tree....big disaster...after draining the water and starting the drying process it was after 9 p.m....the tech showed up earlier than expected, was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable....he gave me a coupon discount and all in all i was extremely satisfied with my dealings with roto rooter...impressed i wasn't squeezed financially like some emergency plumbers do.
