Keith did a great job repairing a section of carpet that we could not resolve ourselves after several taxing attempts. Keith was competent (which in my experience is above average and certainly above a lackluster 'C-grade'). Moreover, he had a cheerful disposition that showed in his determination to do the job to our satisfaction. Finally, if we would have called Phoenix Carpet Repair first, we would have saved the time and money spent on our failed attempts. Thank you.
