We recently bought our house in the area and a friend recommended Saddleback Plumbing when we had a leaky pipe. They were very efficient and dispatched a technician within 30 minutes. The technician Ryan H. was very thoughtful and even put shoe covers on prior to entering our home because it had rained earlier in the morning. He was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the leaky pipe quickly and also made recommendations on fixing the faulty water shut off valve along with a regulator before it caused more costly problems - we were already aware of the need to fix these plumbing problems during home inspection (he was not trying to upsell their services). The best part is, he gave us a good break on pricing for having both problems fixed during the same visit. He worked diligently and we are very happy with his work. We will definitely use Saddleback plumbing for our future plumbing needs!
