Its the little things that can make or break your confidence in a dealership and this was just one more negative little thing. Scheduled service on our Sante Fe but when my wife arrived prior to 7am to drop off the vehicle there was no drop off box (envelopes) or slot available. In fact that whole area was under construction. My wife locked the keys in the car and I had to reschedule all of my morning appointments so that I could go down to the dealership to get the vehicle registered in the service dept. Bottom line the service advisor making the appointment knew it was going to be an early drop-off and made no mention of the service area issue but most troubling is that the dealership made no effort to provide an early drop-off alternative. I also emailed the customer service manager but have yet to receive a response. more
