Ted was in on a day when the shop was closed and had me come in to tape up and plastic my window so I could drive safely until he opened on Tuesday. While we got my window temporarily taped he had a new window ordered. He made a genuine effort to ensure I was taken care of. His staff is friendly and professional and I have already recommended this shop to every person that I see.
