This company should not be working on appliances. They are dishonest and don't know what they are doing. On Sept. 30th 2014 they came to my home to repair my dryer. They installed the part incorrectly which almost caused a fire. They were supposed to clean the dryer duct work, told me they had, charged me for the work but never cleaned the dryer duct work. \r
They charged me a total of $280.00 I had Tri Co Appliance come out and replace the improperly installed part and clean the duct work. C &J would not call me back, never responded to the Better Business complaint I filed. I filed a 'warrant in debt' in small claims court and the court date was Dec 1st 2014. They didn't show up and the court ruled in my favor. David Baldwin and his helper were the C & J employees who came to my house. Do not hire this company or this person.
