My State Brand water heater broke. I called Angell Plumbing and was referred to Clarke Kent. I called, spoke with the receptionist who told me someone would be out by 5pm. They would call 30-45 min before they head over.\r

At 345, the receptionist called to let me know he was on his way. 40 minutes later, he was there. An hour and $178 my water heater was fixed. I guess it was the thing that lights the pilot light, which he was able to replace while there. The tech was pleasant and didn't freak out when my dogs barked at him lol. He billed for the part, the service call and one hour of labor. Now I have hot water.\r

Tldr: same day service, reasonable prices, I have hot water again.
