He makes sure I am taken care of and that I am not without a vehicle, as he knows I drive a lot. He makes sure he finds the best price for me. He always goes the extra mile EVERY time I go there. For example, once there was a part on my vehicle that had been recalled, which I didn't know about. He pointed it out to me. He is efficient and completely professional, yet very warm at the same time. He is the top of the line, and simply put, the best.
