Superior Moving and Storage recently moved our family (my wife and I) to Texas. It wasn't a large move (one bedroom apartment), and consequently, wasn't a huge cost. But Superior Moving's staff treated us like we were their only client. Never in my life have I been treated so well by the owner of a company. Any questions we had, we could email customer service or call Superior Moving and Storage. Anthony was very prompt in his responses, answering every email the same business day, and in the calls we made to Superior Moving, if the representative we were speaking with couldn't answer the question, they didn't lie to us just to get us off the phone. They truly took the time to ask whoever could answer us, and again, made us feel like we meant the world to them. The moving team arrived at our apartment promptly at 9:00am, moved everything from our old home to the moving truck in a matter of hours, and unloaded our belongings to our new home in an even shorter amount of time. Even with our 350-pound Armoire and other large items, the moving team was very efficient in how they moved our belongings, even when having to navigate the small stairwell leading to our 3rd floor apartment. Superior Moving and Storage made this move very easy. I cannot thank Anthony and our moving team enough. Our move was nearly stress-free, definitely a quality, professional operation.
