I reserved two full car rentals at this location well in advance but, when I arrived, there were no cars available. I had to wait for an hour and twenty minutes and received a dirty Chevy Silverado that was half washed. I was unable to rent two vehicles under my name and had to get a coworker to rent the other vehicle, which was a 2015 Chevy Impala (very nice). The location was unable to handle the amount of customers that came in on that day. Several customers were upset with Enterprise, who were not prepared or overbooked cars. I attempted to return the Silverado the next day, as there was deer hair on the rear seat but was unable to do so. This is my worst experience with Enterprise and I will probably rent with Hertz or at least a more reputable company in the future.
