My family and I will never use Hillis Adjustment. Mr Hillis is more concerned about putting money in his pocket and has an adjuster, Ralph Palaia, working for him who also not a stand up person. Ralph is extremely deceitful n is a total rip off. Dont be fooled by their manipulation. My family n I went to Ace Adjustments and they were much more sincere...I have personal knowledge that both Ralph Palaia and Bob Hillis are not trustworthy, Greed is the name of their game.
