I am reading the negative reviews here and am somewhat puzzled. I had a mini poodle for 16 years and she went to Preston for at least 12 of those years and I NEVER had a negative experience. I also now have a Shipoo and she has been going there without problem. As a matter of fact, when she first went they didn't cut around her face because she was terrified and they did not want to traumatize her. They let me hold her and calm her while they trimmed around her eyes for the first couple of times she went and now all is well. I know several people who takes their dogs there for grooming and none of them have any complaints.
