We had Nic come clean our carpets. During the process our neighborhood lost power. Nic was gracious and professional. He packed up his gear and promised to return after his next scheduled appointment. When he came back (at the time he said he would) he completed the job. Our carpets look brand new!!! Thanks Nic and Chem-Dry!! We will definitely call again!!!
