I recently brought in my 2012 Q5 Audi for scheduled service, and as usual, the experience was excellent. As it turns out, my brakes needed upgrading; but Erik Steenson (service advisor) made sure that I was aware of the issue prior to any services being done. He is friendly, prompt, and efficient. I have always been very happy with Strong Audi's service.
