The response to my service call was just fine, very prompt. The gentleman that fixed things was courteous and did the job in reasonable time and explained several options on site. However, your billing department failed. I called them to get a "clear" copy of the invoice since I had a reason to file a claim for this occurance. They have not responded as of this date and I am very disappointed with that. I am not going to keep calling for what should have been sent in the first place. I give them a F on that. Also your screen am using to report this is in need of attention. In particular when someone wants to go back and make additions or corrections to the report. Thank you,
