I had a flat tire yesterday. I drove into Palumbos today. Chris wasn't there. I spoke to Bob. All the guys were clearly busy. Bob said that he would check my tire and repair it right then if I wanted. (I didn' have breakfast and said that I was hungry.) Bob told me to go eat and come back. I did and he fixed the tire in about 30+ minutes! He and Palumbos are great! Thank you.
