I recently rented a car from Mesa Gateway airport with Enterprise. I am not a new customer to this agency or renting cars from major organizations. I found my experience to be at both extremes of the spectrum.\r
At check in: Staff was new and and the time spent was longer than normal. Assistance was called to help in the simple transaction. Much time ....and frankly a bit annoying - was the time spent in trying to convince me of the needed insurance and gas option. I declined the insurance 3x before they accepted my ""declined"" decision.\r
Car return: The gentleman there at check in was great - very pleasant, humorous, accommodating, and efficient.
