I had recently rented a minivan from them and didn't have really as much of a pleasant experience to narrate! When I went to pick up the van, they were complaining about how they didn't have any (despite showing availability at the time of booking) and somehow they managed to get one for me. Next, the Van that i ended up renting wasn't cleaned and the gas was filled to an arbitrary level between half and 3/4ths of a tank and i was supposed to return with the same level of gas. The worst experience was with billing. I had returned on a Sunday (when their business was closed) and dropped the keys in their box. They charged me for an extra day, although I wasn't supposed to be charged based on my booking contract. When I called to sort this out, I was put on hold and finally the manager said he would call me back. He never did and I called up again.
