I rented the car online and prepaid. When I arrived at the Car Rental building, I did not have to go to the desk. I found a car I liked got in and drove away. The car was clean, comfortable and an upgrade because I arrive at about 9:15 pm and they didn't have the standard size available. I left something in the car and received an email from Alamo asking how I wanted it returned. There was a fee for shipping but I am grateful that they found it. Thank you, Alamo.
