I had Louis out today from Roto-Rooter and he did a quick and efficient job. I couldn't be happier with the service Roto-Rooter has provided to me today and in the past. They always call and let me know what's going about the arrival time of the technician. Last winter they saved me a lot of headaches considering I had two pipes burst in a weeks time. Considering how bad last winter was they were still able to come out quickly and fix what needed to be done. The best part, every technician I've had out is friendly, curtious, and willing to explain what they are doing and why. Couldn't be happier.
