Always accommodating when it comes to scheduling and very helpful in explaining how my insurance works, and why I owe what I owe. The dentists are all very friendly and go to great pains to explain everything they are doing and why. They also provide me with great visuals so I understand what is going on in my mouth. When it comes to crowns I never feel pressured, and I appreciate the different options I am given. So far I have received two crowns and have had no problems with either. I trust my dentists to give their best efforts always to insure my teeth are well taken care of. I wish my medical doctors could be more like them.
