Good, friendly service. Convenient Saturday hours for those of us who work. There was some initial confusion about appointment date/time, but was handled very courteously. One issue unfortunately. Several hours after toilet was fixed, I found water all over the floor. Apparently, a screw at the bottom of the toilet was not tightened and thus, was leaking. I tightened it myself, and it seems ok now.
