I would not recommend this place to anyone. The property is falling apart from the mold, the manager knows and has known for several years, but it is obvious from the lack of maintenance that they do not care. They seem to be letting this place fall into disrepair on purpose, because the office staff are very belligerent if you demand repairs.\r

- They will never give you a copy of a work order.\r
- They will not accept written work order requests.\r
-They lie through their teeth when you confront them about repairs that are left unresolved but requested for years at a time.
